Role description

Desired Skills and Experience

• Some experience (1+ year) with digital marketing: growth marketing, advertising on social media, SEM, marketing automation, and/or email marketing.
• If you’re fresh from school, add “apprenticeship” to your application.
• Ability to read data. It’s ok, If you don’t know what to click to get some data, but your cognitive skills must be sharp.
• Data driven approach to solving problems. Intuition is great when you have enough experience to back it up. Everything else is guessing.
• Great command in English language. Knowledge of Slovene, Italian or German is a plus.
• Ability to communicate well and ask the right questions.

Personal traits:

• Quick learner.
• Tech savvy.
• An independent person, who doesn’t need micromanagement
• An initiator – the person who takes action without being told
• A person who doesn’t complain, but who comes us with constructive solutions
• Zero BS attitude.
• Good humour and charm are always a plus.

Location:

Remote or/and occasional meetings in Ljubljana (depending on the role).
